Loksys has developed a number of cost effective products to provide solutions to security and tracking issues in various freight transport modes.

Our intermodal locks are designed to overcome the most common ways of circumventing security seals and bolts as identified by global shipping and customs authorities. Thieves often remove the lock bolt from the seal retainer or the handle hub in order to gain entry to a container.

The Loksys ProLoK range can protect against these attacks and ensure that any tampering becomes evident.

CL Container Lock

The CL container lock provides protection for the vulnerable Hub assembly and prevents the security bolt being circumvented and therefore provides a very secure tamper proofing and tamper evident solution.

The CL is an inexpensive multi-use system that can be fitted in minutes to either new builds or retro fitted.
The interference fit of any security bolt through the locking gear, with the CL lock, ensures that the CL is securely fitted and the locking gear is protected.

Once fitted no tampering with either Hub or seal retainer assemblies is possible without visual evidence.
The patented CL Container lock has been designed to meet the combined needs of the shipping industry and the customs and security services to provide a low cost effective increase to the protection and tamper evidence on shipping containers.

CL+ Container Lock

The CL+ provides protection for the vulnerable Hub assembly and prevents the security bolt being circumvented and therefore provides a very secure tamper proofing and tamper evident solution.
The CL+ is an inexpensive multi-use system that can be fitted in seconds to protect assets in temporary custody.

The patented CL+ offers all the advantages of the CL Container Lock in a device with a temporary fitting. This makes it ideal for companies with temporary custody of containers.

CLi Container/Trailer Lock

The CLi Container Lock has been specially designed for the Intermodal and Haulage industries where it may be important to interlock the left and right hand doors of a container or trailer, or when in temporary custody of a container or trailer and all other seal options are occupied.

HL Door Lock

There is currently an increase in the amount of theft from semi trailers and the level of security offered on the barn doors is often inadequate when measured against the value of the cargo carried, which can be many hundreds of thousands to millions of pounds.

Loksys can offer locks to fit almost every type of barn door and semi trailer from box and curtainsiders with ISO standard locking gear.
The HL for ISO locks with a key and can be additionally sealed with either tamper evident security seals and bolts or the TIR cord to significantly add to the security of the cargo.

With the lock fitted to the trailer the key is only removable when locked. Driver failure to secure the door is therefore removed.

HS Door Lock

Loksys can offer locks to fit almost every type of barn door and semi trailer from box and curtain side vehicles, to refrigerated trailers with non-ISO locking gear.
The HS series of ISO locking gear, locks with a key and uses either tamper evident security seals and bolts or the TIR cord to significantly add to the security of the cargo.
The HS lock is available as a custom stainless steel product to special order.

The HS series of enclosed Hasp and Staple locks will secure doors with flush panels and enclosed locking gear or can be supplied with cut outs to fit over non standard locking such as that used on refrigerated trailer doors.

The unique design of the HS allows for movement between the two doors when the trailer chassis flexes under use.
